Below are the most common questions regarding returns.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. The return period is counted from the day you received the product.
Returning a product is to be done on your expense, unless the product/service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returned products/services are to be sent as letters or postal packages.
How do I register / file a return claim?
We kindly ask you that you file the return claim as soon as you decide on the return.
Return claims have to be filed via email address: support@ambrogiolabel.com
In the claim you have to clearly state:
– order number
– if order contained multiple products, the exact product or products for which you are filing the return
– the motive of your return (size, quality, eventual defect or any other pertaining reasons for the return)
In what state should the product be to be eligible for the return?
The product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received. The product must also be in its original packaging, with intact labels. Returned products are to be sent as letters or postal packages
Can I make an exchange for a product?
No, we do not offer exchanges of products, only returns, and refunds. You, therefore, have to return the product and place a new order.
How much do I pay for my return?
The fee depends on the available couriers and services in your country, however, the fee is usually not above 10 USD / 10 EUR.
In the eventual case of product defects, we will cover the return expense.
Can I return products from different orders in the same package?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to return products from different orders in the same package.
How long does it take for my package to be returned to you?
Depending on the courier, it will usually take up to 20 days for your package to arrive at our address.
How and when will I receive the refund for my return?
When we have received your return, you will be refunded as soon as possible and it will usually take up to 5 business days, from receiving of the return, until you see your money in your account. The refund is issued to the same payment method as you used when you’re placing your order.
Products purchased during a campaign
The prices during a campaign are only valid when the campaign is active on the website. That means that you can’t get the same price on an order you’ve placed before a campaign started, nor if it has already ended.
Product defects
Although highly unlikely, product defects can happen, in which case we ask you to accompany the return claim in the email with the images of the product defect in question.
In the eventual case of product defects, we will cover the return expense.
Unclaimed packages
If you don’t claim your package at a service point and the package is returned to us you will be charged the freight cost.
