Is shipping free?

Shipping is free for all orders above 100 Euros / US dollars / 100 British pounds.

What are the shipping rates if the cart doesn’t amount to 100 Euros / US dollars / British pounds threshold and what are your shipping regions?

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

When will I get my order?

Please note that our product are Made To Order. By making your product on demand, we reduce the risk of overproduction and reduce waste.

Usually, it takes 1-3 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

• Europe: 6–14 business days
• USA: 3–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?

• EU & International Orders will ship from one of our fulfillment centers in the EU

• US Orders will ship from one of our fulfillment centers in North America

Are there additional charges, what about customs?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This charge is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Unclaimed packages

If you don’t claim your package at a service point and the package is returned to us you will be charged the freight cost.

Currencies & Payments

Prices are available in Euros, US dollars and British pounds. Exchange rates are updated on a monthly basis.

Payments can be done in all three currencies. Payments are processed by Stripe payment gateway and PayPal.
